Join us at Rotary's Pickleball Party on Saturday, October 3, 2026 for a family fun day all pickleball themed. There will be food trucks, vendors, games and prizes for everyone to enjoy. There will be sponsorship opportunities available for local businesses.

About the Pickleball Party

  • Join us Saturday, October 3, 2026.
  • Backyard Pickleball Courts at 734 Warren Rd, Mineral Wells, TX 76067.
  • Registration and Check-in for pickleball players will start at 7 AM.
  • $30 per single player, $50 per team. *Must fill out registration form and waiver to play.
  • Open play format including mixed doubles.
  • Pickleball Party is free to the public and opens at 8 AM and ends at 5 PM.
  • Food trucks, games, prizes, and vendors! Come out with the family for a fun time.
  • Our event's complimentary beverage sponsors are Crazy Water, HTeaO, and Uncle Matt's Organic.

    This is our top title sponsor where your business will receive maximum visibility marketing, on stage recognition and stand in as our emcee. Receive 4 complimentary member registrations, a designated vendor spot (optional), add your promo to the event swag bag.
     
  • In My Pickleball Era $1,000.00
    Your business will receive community visibility marketing, greet attendees and players as they enter the event. Receive 2 complimentary member registrations, a designated vendor spot (optional), and a chance to add your promo in our event swag bag.
     
  • Designated Dinker $500.00
