Welcome, new members!

WELCOME new members, Nancy Cameron, sponsored by Mary Braddock and Lynn Porter, sponsored by Diane Brown. As you can see in the ANNOUNCEMENTS there are four proposed new members. It is so refreshing to see this recent expansion in our club. We mistakenly have accepted the belief that no one “joins” these days. There is a great desire for members of our community to be of service and are looking for worthwhile avenues of service. There is no better organization than ROTARY to unite a community's efforts behind worthwhile projects. Not only do many hands make light work, but many hands increase the number of people we can help.  And that is not all; there is a real joy in being the source of benefit to those who otherwise would not have received it. There indeed, are many needy people in our community and it is not always their fault.                                               

Let us all dedicate some effort and recruit candidates for membership into the Mineral Wells Rotary club this year.
