Trooper talks child seat safety

 

Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper and area DPS spokesman Ricky Hunter spoke to Rotary Club of Mineral Wells today about the laws, importance and best practices for infant, toddler and children car seats.

 

He noted that four out of five child seats in vehicles are improperly installed.
