Michael Riggins gives winning speech

 

2016 Mineral Wells Rotary Club Four-Way Speech Contest winner Michael Riggins, center, a junior at Mineral Wells High School, gave his winning oratory to the club at today's meeting. Riggins received a $1,000 local scholarship and advanced to compete at the regional level with the chance to advance to the state and national contests and opportunities to win more scholarship monies. A packed house enjoyed Michael's presentation.
