Perricone spoke for about 30 minutes, including a question-and-answer session in which he asked Rotarians and guests in attendance their thoughts and suggestions.
The mayor touched on several subjects including city administration and management, his vision for the city, his faith which he said led him to run for city council and ultimately mayor, and introduced an idea he hopes will create a revenue stream for the city to help pay for capital improvements.
