Vocational Service, the Second Avenue of Service, fosters and supports the application of the Ideal of service in pursuit of all vocations.  Inherent in this ideal are:

1.  Adherence to and promotion of the highest ethical standard in all occupations.

2.  The recognition of the worthiness to society of all useful occupations.

3.  The contribution of one's vocational talents to the problems and needs of society.

This committee deals with Vocational Awareness involving programs that will expand members' knowledge and appreciation of the full spectrum of business and professions. The Vocational Committee works closely with the Community Service and International Service committees.  This committee also promotes the application in both business and professions of the Four Way Test.

Projects of the Vocational Committee include the Four Way Speech contest and scholarship award, and other scholarship awards to local high school students each year.
