Dress Code & Unity:
Why We Wear Our Rotary Gear

When you volunteer at the Rotary booth, you are the face of our club.
We ask all volunteers to wear a Rotary or Rotary-related shirt during their shift.

Consistency Matters:
Powerful Branding Tool

Instant Recognition

A unified look creates a strong visual anchor, making Rotary's PRESENCE instantly memorable to visitors and the community.

Perception of Professionalism

Consistency builds TRUST.
When we look unified, the public views Rotary as organized, capable changemakers.

Media-Ready Impact

Cohesive team photos look polished, identifiable and tell a story of UNITY for social media
 and the local press.

Table Display:
Setting the Stage

To match our professional Rotary attire, our table should look clean, organized, and inviting.
Below are factors to take into consideration the next time you volunteer to manage the Rotary Club booth:

Base: Rotary Club Tablecloth
  • Rotary Club Tablecloth: Always use our branded, clean tablecloth as the base.
  • Hide the Clutter: Tuck all personal items (drinks, bags, remote car keys), vendor carts, and shipping boxes completely out of sight or store underneath the table.
Display Signs
  • Table Display Signs: Place a self-standing display sign of our club's most current fundraiser.
  • Sign-Up Clipboard: Include a clipboard with our fundraiser application form in the center to capture attention and contact info.
  • Related Items Representing Our City: Display any items or magazines related to our hometown or other Rotary local community service projects on the table to create as avenues of discussion topics.
