Register for Rotary's Pickleball Party

Register to play pickleball! Are you a beginner? Don't have a partner? No worries! All skill levels are welcome, Our staff will pair you with another single player of similar/same skill sets. After you play a game or more, be sure to check out the vendors and food trucks. Beginners will play on the indoor courts while advanced and intermediate will play on the outdoor courts. Please pack accordingly. All players are required to bring their own paddles and equipment. Venue will provide pickleball balls. Players who registered online before the day of the event will be able to check-in day of at 7:00 AM.

This is your time for you and your team to shine! To play on the recreational courts, you must register your team. Our staff will pair you with a team who shares similar skill sets. Afterwards, enjoy the food trucks, vendors at the pickleball party. This pickleball party is an outdoor event, please pack accordingly. All players are required to bring their own paddles and equipment. Indoor courts are for beginners and outdoor courts are for advanced and intermediate players. Venue will provide pickleball balls. Check-in will open at 7:00 AM. 

A Pickleball Party without a cool or crafty vendor is just a bunch of questionable pickles! We would love to have you as our vendor at Rotary's Pickleball Party. This event will be outdoors, please plan for a windy day on a Saturday in October. You are required to bring your own equipment to setup; however we will have floating volunteers standing by if you need additional assistance. If you own more than one business and would like to register both, please send us an email to let us know you would like to both of your businesses to be setup next to one another.

A Pickleball Party without a food truck vendor is just a bunch of hungry pickles! We would love to have you as our food vendor at our pickleball party. This event is outdoors. Quiet generators preferred. Plan for a slightly windy day on a Saturday in October (this is Texas after all), you are required to bring your own equipment to setup. The venue will have a designated seating area for hungry picklers to dine at since food and drinks are not allowed on the recreational courts. Any questions, email mwrotaryclub@gmail.com.
