Rotarians asked to attend Jan. 13 service to honor, remember
In honor of the life of Steve Butcher, a casual gathering of friends and family will be held at the Woman’s Club on Saturday, January 13th, from 2 p.m.-4 p.m.
The dress will be casual with his favorite colors of red and black being playfully encouraged.
Those who wish to express memories of love and respect may share at that time.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be sent to Friends of Mineral Wells Animal Shelter.
After the holiday break, the club will meet for the first time this year on Wednesday. On deck is OnDeck Tire Sales.
Levi Littlepage and his wife, Paige, purchased OnDeck Tire Sales on S.E. 1st Street over a year ago. They are among Mineral Wells' youngest business owners, having both grown up in Mineral Wells.
They are community-minded and described as "super nice." They will discuss how and why they decided to purchase the business, the services currently offered and share some of their future plans and visions.
Rotary District 5790 is offering Parts 1, 2 ,and 3of its Rotary Leadership Institute to members on January 13, 2024.
District and club leaders are encouraged to attend, especially, club presidents, presidents-elect and board members. This strengthens your succession plan for your club and your club membership as a whole.
