Join us on Wednesday to hear about the awesome things going on at Rest Yourself Ranch (formerly Seybold Ranch). Lori Clay and Bridget Shelton will enlighten us on the great venue and opportunities of this wellness retreat for Palo Pinto County and all of Texas!
Remember to order lunch by noon Monday. We hope to see you Wednesday, and bring a guest!
LAST WEDNESDAY, the club welcomed Palo Pinto County Judge Shane Long (right) to our weekly meeting as our guest speaker. He was introduced by Rotarian and county Tax Assessor/Collector Stacy Choate.
Judge Long spoke for a few minutes and then spent most of his time fielding questions from Rotarians attending. Lunch of tacos and chicken sandwiches was catered by Brandon's Kitchen.
Thank you, Judge Long, for spending time talking to and answering questions from club members.
ROTARY SCHOLARSHIPS: We have set the date for the Rotary Scholarship Eval for April 24 at 6 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce Conference Room.

LIKE & SHARE
When posts are made to our public Facebook and Instagram sites, please like and share them across your social media networks.
Doing so allows us to spread our reach, impact and help grow membership, support and sponsors. Your network of followers is different than another member's network reach, which is different than the next person's. Their likes and shares expands our reach exponentially.
FOR EXAMPLE, we recently posted about the flag barn workday and used it as an opportunity to encourage Mineral Wells residents to subscribe or renew their subscriptions. That item currently has just SEVEN likes (only one by a current club member) and THREE shares (two by club members, one share to our private Facebook page).
It is the responsibility and expectation of all club members to help promote Rotary and our club, and the easiest, simplest way you can do that is by simply liking and sharing social media posts to your page and followers.
Thanks, and we hope to see club members doing their part to promote and spread the good news of Rotary Club of Mineral Wells.
